Ethir Neechal starrer Sivakarthikeyan and Priya Anand collected around Rs. 3.75 crores approximately on the opening first day of release on 1st May, 2013.
Ethir Neechal is a Tamil comedy drama in the directon of R. S. Durai Senthilkum.
Being the first production by Dhanush, Ethir Neechal received grand opening with positive reviews and critics.
Sivakarthikeyan relates his failure in his life with his name, later he falls in love with Priya Anand who plays as a school teacher in the movie.
Later, he finds his strength in sports and moves on in his life to achieve certain goals.
Ethir Neechal is expected to draw decent collections on the 2nd and in the first weekend as well.
